These starter terms reflect the current DrStudy development version. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional and completed with the correct operator, jurisdiction, contact information, and commercial terms before public launch.
Agreement
By creating an account or using DrStudy, you agree to follow these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree with them.
Using DrStudy
- You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
- You may use DrStudy only for lawful educational and personal study purposes.
- You are responsible for the content you upload and must have permission to use it.
Educational purpose
- DrStudy provides study assistance and AI-generated educational content.
- AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should be verified.
- DrStudy does not replace instructors, official course materials, clinical supervision, diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
Prohibited activity
- Do not upload patient records, protected health information, confidential clinical information, or unlawfully obtained materials.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access another user’s data, disrupt the service, or misuse APIs.
- Do not use DrStudy to cheat, violate academic-integrity rules, infringe copyright, or break applicable law.
Your content
- You retain responsibility for files, prompts, notes, and other material you submit.
- You grant DrStudy the limited permission needed to store and process that material to provide the requested service.
- You should keep independent copies of important study materials.
Service availability
- Features may change, experience errors, reach third-party usage limits, or become temporarily unavailable.
- DrStudy may suspend access when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or prevention of misuse.
- No promise is made that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Accounts and termination
- Users may stop using DrStudy at any time.
- DrStudy may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risks.
- An account-deletion and data-export process should be finalized before public launch.
Medical and clinical disclaimer
DrStudy is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Never rely on DrStudy for an emergency or as the only source for patient-care decisions.
